The DLN5200 by Rimage is a compact, all-in-one disc publishing system designed for front-office applications.
DiscLab's power and simplicity enables users to instantly record CDs and DVDs and imprint them with
waterproof, scratchproof, photo-realistic images.
Unique to the DiscLab family is the integration of a powerful embedded computer, eliminating the
need for an external host computer. Hardware installation is as simple as plugging in a single
Ethernet cable. DiscLab comes with all required software pre-installed, including disc content
preparation, a disc image creation application, scheduling, and system management software.
DiscLab is a standalone network appliance and provides true "lights out" operation, providing
instant, on-demand disc publishing for any user on the network. Throughput is maximized by unique
data streaming software, which implements multiple asynchronous parallel processing techniques,
pre-fetching data and overlapping recorder and printing processes.
The DLN5200 features an embedded host PC, two CD/DVD recorders, a Rimage Everest II printer, a 50-disc
input bin, a patented 5-disc output sorter, and a 75-disc output bin.
